    • Fasting - Detoxification from within the body is the main purpose of fasting.Drink lot of water.
    • Liquids and juices should be  taken next day of fasting.
    • Uncooked Food should be taken on the third day to remove toxins from the system.
        
 Rest and sleep gives freshness to the body.There are more ways of detoxifying but these are the basic steps towards healthy life.
Your skin also becomes beautiful,glowing,soft,more stable and flexible.
