Don't Stop Moisturizing Your Skin

Moisturize your face and body regularly

Summers are here but don't stop moisturizing your skin. Take combination of olive oil and coconut oil or almond oil and apply to your body at least twice a week and take shower after that. Your skin will be smooth and soft. You may also apply your regular moisturizer after shower.
Don't forget to moisturize your face too.
Here is a simple method to moisturize your face.
Ingredients
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp lemon 
1 tbsp olive oil

Method 
Mix all of the above and apply on your face for 15-20 minutes.This mask is good for combination skin.It not only moisturizes but also helps in deep cleansing of the skin.Use this mask at least twice a week and see the difference.

Treat Frizzy Hair Naturally

Got frizzy hair,treat them naturally without using any chemicals!!

Yogurt and oil mask

Ingredients
1 big bowl of curd
2 tbsp olive oil

Method
Mix Curd and oil in a bowl and apply on the scalp and hair. Leave it for 20-30 mins and wash with your regular shampoo. You will see a huge difference in the texture of your hair.Use this mask at least twice a week for good results. If u have combination hair (which means oily scalp and frizzy hair) then apply only on the hair and not on the scalp.More tips will follow in next post:)

Remove Sun Tan Naturally

 Natural treatment that can lighten sun tan.

Milk,Lemon and Turmeric pack

Ingredients
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch turmeric

Method
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and apply for 15-20 minutes.Wash thereafter.This will give instant relief from sun tan.Milk and lemon together have natural bleaching properties.Turmeric helps in reducing dark spots.Apply it thrice a week.Also avoid going in the sun without sun screen applied on the exposed body parts.

Natural Face Scrub For Sensitive Skin

 Easy scrub to get clear skin

Tomato and Sugar scrub

Ingredients

1 tomato 
1 tbsp sugar

Cut one tomato into two pieces.Take half piece and dip it in the sugar. Gently rub it on your face and neck in circular motion for one minute.Leave it for 5 minutes. Rub the other half of tomato on the face again. Leave it until dry.Wash it with cold water. Tomato is beneficial for oily and blemish- prone skin.Use it twice a week to get good results.
